Debugging of Cobble stone grinding machine

Before Cobble stone grinding machine is delivered, the machine have been operated with no-load by manufacturers to check all parts are normal. Nonetheless, after installation in sand making site is available, it still needs thorough examination.
1、Check lubricating pipe is connected tightly, machine should get another refuel before test run
2、Check connection of all components, which should be steady and reliable. Check carefully if there is any foreign matter, if so, it should be removed immediately.
3、Check electric motor wiring is correct, voltage is normal (380V±5%).
4、Before belt is installed, electric motor should be started, rotating direction should be in accordance with sign direction of sand making machine(that is seeing from material inlet, impeller rotates in an anticlockwise direction). If it is opposite to sign direction, electric motor wiring should be adjusted to make rotating direction is in line with direction of sign direction, rotating in a reverse direction is never allowed.
5、As for the drive for two motors, principal axis assembly and motors on both side connect with principal axis with same amount of v belt, respectively, take-up tension of v belt should be adjusted to same and straight. After checking there are no errors, before handing it over to production, test run with no load and load is carried through, after being checked by test run that there is no error, it can be handed over to production.
